Refund Policy
Nothing is for sale today
StudentStack is free to use. Every deal on the site is claimed on the company's own website, where that company's refund policy applies, not ours. We never take payment for a listed deal and cannot refund a purchase you made with another company. If a company's student offer did not work as described, contact that company first, and tell us so we can correct the listing.
If we ever sell a lifetime deal
The site has a checkout page reserved for possible future offers sold directly by StudentStack. If one is ever live, this policy applies to it:
- 14-day refund for any reason. Ask within 14 days of purchase and, as long as the redemption code or license has not been used, you get a full refund. This matches the 14-day withdrawal right that applies to consumers in the EU and UK.
- Full refund if it does not work. If you redeemed the code and the product could not be activated or was not what we described, we refund in full at any time; tell us what went wrong so we can fix the listing too.
- How refunds are paid. Through PayPal to the original payment method, within five business days of our confirming the refund.
- How to ask. Contact us with your PayPal transaction ID and the email address used at checkout.
Nothing here limits any statutory consumer right you have where you live.
